All products purchased through the Resonus Classics website are delivered electronically via a digital download or via a physical mail delivery. For either a physical CD to be delivered or a download to be purchased and delivered securely and electronically, a customer account has to be created. Once checkout and purchase is complete, the download will be immediately available in the 'Downloads' area of the customer account and an email notification of the purchase will be sent to the email address you provided at registration. If the order and downloads are not listed in your account, please contact Resonus using one of the options on the 'Contact Us' page and we will look into the issue further at the earliest opportunity.
For physical CDs Resonus Classics uses Royal Mail's UK and International services. While we endeavour to process orders within 48 hours of receipt, there are occasions when this may increase to 7 working days, due to the nature of Resonus being a small company and often recording on location. We try and keep any delays to an absolute minimum for the convenience of our customers.
Some services may be unavailable to certain postcodes.
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to post physical CDs to EU countries although digital products remain unaffected.
Returns, Cancellation and Refunds Policy
Unless they are defective, digital downloads may not be returned or refunded due to the nature of the product. If you are unable to complete the download process or wish us to provide a replacement for a file that is defective please contact our helpdesk by using the details on the ‘Contact Us’ page. Where this is due to a fault on the part of Resonus Limited (t/a Resonus Classics) we will replace or refund the download - an administration fee may be payable.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations (UK), any customer has the right to cancel their order from the point of placing the order up until seven working days following receipt of your goods. In order for a refund to be issued, any CDs must be returned to Resonus Classics with the seal unbroken and the original cellophane, shrink wrap or any other packaging intact. Resonus Classics has no obligation to refund the order if any part of the packaging has been broken.
In the case of a defective CD, please contact Resonus Classics as soon as possible after receipt of your order using our 'Contact Us' page, and we will be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund on return of the faulty product.
