 SHIPPING POLICY

All products purchased through the Resonus Classics website are delivered via a physical mail delivery. For either a physical CD to be delivered, a customer account may be created. Once checkout and purchase is complete, if the order is not listed in your account, please contact Resonus using one of the options on the 'Contact Us' page and we will look into the issue further at the earliest opportunity. 

Discs are shipped worldwide using Royal Mail local and international services - tracking is currently unavailable on deliveries.

Due to the nature of our business in which we regularly work on location, there may occasionally be short delays in shipping CDs in busy periods, but we will endeavour to keep these delays to a minimum.

Resonus cannot be held responsible for any local taxes or import charges arising through international delivery of our products and any charges paid out by customers upon receipt of an order will not be reimbursed.
