DELIVERY POLICY

All products purchased through the Resonus Classics website are delivered via a physical mail delivery. For either a physical CD to be delivered, a customer account has to be created. Once checkout and purchase is complete, the download will be immediately available in the 'Downloads' area of the customer account and an email notification of the purchase will be sent to the email address you provided at registration. If the order and downloads are not listed in your account, please contact Resonus using one of the options on the 'Contact Us' page and we will look into the issue further at the earliest opportunity.

Resonus cannot be held responsible for any local taxes or import charges arising through international delivery of our products and any charges paid out by customers upon receipt of an order will not be reimbursed.
